Smith Synergy Automations wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born on job sites.
For years, I worked in construction. I watched good contractors—the best craftsmen in the business—lose jobs because they couldn't text a lead back fast enough while they were on a roof. I watched them leave thousands of dollars on the table because they forgot to chase an invoice, or because they didn't have a system to ask a happy customer for a Google review.
I realized the problem wasn't the work. The problem was the busywork. The chasing, the paperwork, the missed calls. The things that keep a small business owner up at night.
So I stopped swinging a hammer and started building systems. I built Smith Synergy Automations to do for tradesmen what they do for their clients: solve the problem, stand behind the work, and make the site run better than we found it.
We build automation the way we build anything else: measure twice, cut once.
